Remote Support Policy
Our remote support is for minor issues that a customer may have. It is not intended to replace bringing your computer into the shop. There will be a $30.00 fee for this type of support. If we are not able to fix your problem remotely then we will have you bring it in, and we will credit you the $30.00 back. Basically the fee we are charging is for our time and you not having to come in. Which in most cases your time is also worth something. We accept PayPal and Google Wallet.
